Perfect location for a one night stay. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. We visited the suspension bridge then parked our rental car in the convenient nearby parking location and didn't need to move it again until check out. Room was spacious and had a full kitchen. Parking was $30 which was to be expected in a big city and we felt very safe coming and going.

It is hard to fault this hotel, which was perfect for the needs of my family. Suite accommodation provides perfect flexibility for families, which more up-market hotels at the same price point just do not have. Location is good, with restaurants close by. One exceptional feature of this hotel is the standard of cleanliness, In fact, probably the best of any hotel I have stayed in. The complimentary breakfast was of good quality. The staff wete efficient and friendly and keen to make sure everything met our expectations. The one disappointing fact was that the swimming pool was out of order at short notice. Although this was disappointing, it did not detract from our stay and this hotel really does deserve its five score on TripAdvisor.

Unfortunately, due to a medical emergency less than 24 hours prior to our planned stay we were unable to spend our week at this resort. However, I spoke with multiple staff members prior to our planned stay to get information about the resort and the area. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Every single person I spoke with on the phone was more than willing to provide any information to help me plan a successful trip. When I had to cancel our stay, the staff was so understanding and helped direct me on how to cancel as we had booked through a third party as a vacation package. They issued a refund without any issues. When we can rebook, we will definitely be staying at this resort!!

Last time we came here this hotel was having a refit so was a bit chaotic, Came back Feb 2024 booked a suite and it was absolutely fabulous very spacious, room not too hot, comfy bed, great kitchen loaded with everything you need if you expect to cook, Great location for downtown Vancouver

Large room with all required furnishings for a long term stay. Staff friendly throughout stay and even welcomed me personally by name days after check in. The design in the room was slightly old and could be modernised in the future. The headboard on the bed was creaky and loose. TV could also be bigger and have more modern services considering the property is aimed at long term stays. The room also wasn’t soundproofed and noise from the corridor/room above was easily heard numerous times. The location on the property is good for exploring downtown and the surrounding areas.
